POSITIVE PENINSULA SALES...NO SALE NO PAY

Wow, How the world has changed! But staying positive sees that there is a light at the end of the tunnel! We hope everyone is coping with self isolation and turning what has been a huge change in our lives into a positive at home with our families. There is no doubt it has been tough on all of us and we have seen many of our friends in local business shut down and others stood down from their employment. We send our deepest sympathy out to those whom have lost their employment, had to shut down their businesses or downsize while we adapt to social isolation.
Losing our freedom that we take for granted here on our beautiful Peninsula has been the hardest for me personally as I love to ride, swim, play tennis and catch up for a beer with friends every week. The Seachange Team team like all businesses have had to make major changes to the way we do business, however as we are a very modern digital advertised business we have always been very active doing private inspections for the most part and we have adapted very well with some great outcomes for our clients. April has seen the return of many positive buyers looking for a change in "lifestyle" and our homes and the Mornington Peninsula has been the perfect SEACHANGE. Surprisingly we have discovered many buyers have had more spare time to look at the internet which has led to strong inquiries on all our properties for sale. With the recent drop in the stock market many investors are also looking to put their hard earned dollars into investing in bricks and mortar again as property has always been a less volatile market and solid investment in the long term. As for property prices the market will always adjust to buyer demand and there is little doubt that property will be the most affordable over the next 6 months in years so as they say "Opportunity rewards the Brave".
