  • A price analysis will be conducted on recent sales of comparative properties in the immediate area, prior to us inspecting the property on your behalf, to gauge the true market value.

  • For expatriates and international investors we offer a more in-depth service, providing more detailed photographs of the home, streetscape, floor plans and location maps, allowing you to make a fully informed decision from a distance. An additional fee is applicable for this service.

Fees and charges

Free initial consultation - a meeting will be set up to discuss your criteria and how Seachange can assist you with the purchase of your property.

Our fees are highly dependant upon the services required by you.

Following the free initial consultation, on engaging our services, a non refundable retainer of $350 is payable, which is deducted from the agreed commission once the property is purchased and the contract becomes unconditional.

Our most popular service is a full property search and acquisition, the fee payable is 2% of the purchase price plus GST.

Our aim is to ensure that our fees are covered by the savings we make on your behalf.

Our fees are tax deductible for property investors but not for owner occupiers or first home buyers.
