Fees and charges Free initial consultation - a meeting will be set up to discuss your criteria and how Seachange can assist you with the purchase of your property. Our fees are highly dependant upon the services required by you. Following the free initial consultation, on engaging our services, a non refundable retainer of $350 is payable, which is deducted from the agreed commission once the property is purchased and the contract becomes unconditional. Our most popular service is a full property search and acquisition, the fee payable is 2% of the purchase price plus GST.
